ശാന്തി · Santhi

Santhi means peace.

For more than fifteen years, in a quiet lane of Fort Kochi, we have taught yoga the slow way: postures held rather than hurried, corrections given by hand, rest woven through every class, and the philosophy behind the practice taught in plain words.

Reviews from travellers who joined classes with Achu in Fort Kochi.

1 / 3

This was the most amazing yoga class ever. Achu had a great class progression and got to know each student so that he was best able to help each of us. I’ve never been more satisfied and calm after leaving a yoga class. I can’t recommend this place and Achu enough!!
