Refund and cancellation policy

This policy covers the €90 deposit that reserves a place on the 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training, and the balance of the fee.

If you need to change your plans

The deposit is not refunded if you cancel. It can move with you instead: message us as early as you can, and your deposit moves to another 2027 batch that still has places. There is no charge to move it.

When the deposit is refunded in full

• Your batch is already full. Places are held in the order deposits arrive. If yours arrives after the batch has filled, we tell you straight away, and you can move to another batch or have the deposit refunded in full.
• We cancel or move your batch. You can move to another batch or have the deposit refunded in full.

The balance

The balance of €809 is paid in Fort Kochi within the first three days of the course, once you have arrived and settled in. It is not refunded once paid, unless the school cancels the course.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back the way you paid: to your card for card payments, or by transfer to your account for Wise or bank payments. We send a refund within 7 working days of agreeing it. Card refunds then usually take a further 5 to 10 working days to reach your account, depending on your bank. Fees charged by your own bank or payment service are not refundable.
