Privacy policy

This policy explains what we collect when you visit this website, contact us or book with Santhi School of Yoga & Vedanta Studies, and what we do with it.

What we collect

• What you tell us. Your name, email, phone number, country and anything you write when you message us on WhatsApp, email us or reserve a place.
• Payment details. Records of the payments you make to us, such as the amount, date and reference. Card payments are handled by our payment partner, and we never see or store your card number.
• Website use. Google Analytics records anonymous information about how the site is used, such as the pages visited and the type of device.

On your own device

The reservation form remembers your chosen batch, name, email and country in your own browser so you can come back to it. This stays on your device and is not sent to us. Clearing your browser’s site data removes it.

How we use it

We use your information to answer your questions, confirm and manage your booking, prepare for your arrival and keep the records the law requires. We do not sell it, and we do not use it for anything else without asking you.

Who else handles it

To run the school we use WhatsApp and email to talk to you, Google Analytics to understand how the site is used, and payment services such as Wise, our bank and our card payment partner to receive payments. Each handles your information under its own privacy policy.

How long we keep it

We keep booking and payment records for as long as Indian tax and accounting law requires, and other messages only for as long as they are useful to your booking.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete what we are not required to keep. Write to santhiyogacochin@gmail.com.
